2004 Women's Squash Awards
The 2004 UCAA End-of-Season Awards, announced March 30.

2004 UCAA Co-Player of the Year
Katia Stipinovich   St. Lawrence
Freshman (Bulawayo, Zimbabwe)
Katia Stipinovich went unbeaten in competition against UCAA opponents and finished the year with a 13-10 record which included a first-round win in the CSA Individual Championships and an appearance in the Holleran Cup 2nd round consolation finals.

2004 UCAA Co-Player of the Year
Sara Wood   Vassar
Junior (Sammamish, Washington)
Sara Wood went 7-8 overall in the top position for Vassar. Wood won her first four contests. Three losses came to players ranked in top 40 nationally.

2004 UCAA Co-Rookie of the Year
Ashley Eldredge   St. Lawrence
(Wayne, Pennsylvania)
Ashley Eldredge went unbeaten at the three slot against UCAA competition and finished with a 12-9 record overall. She reached the finals of the Holleran Cup consolation and finished Holleran Cup competition with a 3-2 record. Went 5-3 at the three position and was 4-4 in the two slot.

2004 UCAA Co-Rookie of the Year
Shaila Pandole   William Smith
(Mumbai, India)
A three-time UCAA Rookie of the Week, Pandole finished the season with a 9-7 record, including a 3-1 mark against UCAA opponents. She started the year at No. 2 (4-1) before moving up to the top spot (5-4) at midseason. Pandole also represented William Smith at the CSA Indvidual Championships.

2004 UCAA Co-Coaching Staff of the Year
Vijay Chitnis   St. Lawrence
Vijay Chitnis and assistant Wendy Strait coached the St. Lawrence women to the first UCAA squash championship and a 14th place finish in the CSA Team Championships, best among UCAA teams.

2004 UCAA Co-Coaching Staff of the Year
Jane Parker   Vassar
Jane Parker led 15th-ranked Vassar to a 13-5 overall record. Vassar successfully defended its Seven Sisters Championship and finished second at the UCAA Championship. Led Vassar to a 5-4 upset of St. Lawrence in January.
