The 2004 Liberty League End-of-Season Awards, announced November 17.

2004 Liberty League Runner of the Year
Tora Olafsen   St. Lawrence
Senior (Center Sandwich, New Hampshire)
Tora Olafsen placed in the top three in six races this season, including a first place finish at the Liberty League championship meet and a second place finish at the NYSCTC championship meet. She was the top Liberty League performer in every meet she contested this season including the NCAA Atlantic Regional where she finished sixth and earned an individual slot in the NCAA Championships.

2004 Liberty League Rookie of the Year
Laura Clarke   St. Lawrence
(Ottawa, Ontario)
Laura Clarke was the top rookie finisher for the Saints all season, placing fifth overall at the Liberty League championship meet. She was the top Liberty League rookie placing 28th overall at the NCAA Atlantic Regional helping the Saints to a best-ever third place finish.

2004 Liberty League Coach of the Year
Deb Lyndaker   St. Lawrence
Deb Lyndaker guided the Saints to their third consecutive Liberty League championship and their best ever finishes at both the NYSCTC championships (2nd) and the NCAA Atlantic Regional (3rd). The Saints were the team champions at the Saratoga Invitational and are sending three athletes to the NCAA championships as individuals.
