The 2004 Liberty League End-of-Season Awards, announced November 4.

2004 Liberty League Player of the Year
Brittany Cressman   Union
Senior Forward (Duxbury, Massachusetts)
A two-time Liberty League Offensive Player of the Week, Cressman is first in the league in overall points and assists per game. Her career total of 132 points entering the weekend is second on Union's all-time scoring list, and she holds Union records for assists in a season (15, this season) and in a career (40).

2004 Liberty League Rookie of the Year
Laura Burnett-Kurie   William Smith
Forward (Oyster River, New Hampshire)
Burnett-Kurie leads the team in goals (6) and points (15) as a first-year starter. All six of her tallies have been game-winners this season as William Smith sports an 11-2-2 overall record and 5-2-0 conference mark. Burnett-Kurie was named the Liberty League Rookie of the Week twice and was named to the Heron Cup All-Tournament Team.

2004 Liberty League Coaching Staff of the Year
Colette Gilligan   Hamilton
Gilligan, along with assistants Patty Kloidt and Mario Reyes, led the Hamilton program to its first Liberty League regular season title with a near-perfect 6-0-1 record. This is the second consecutive award for the Hamilton staff, which also has the Continentals nationally ranked (#9 as of 11/01) for the first time in team history.
