2007 Liberty League Outdoor Rookie of the Year
2007 Liberty League Outdoor Co-Track Performer of the Year
Peter Kosgei Hamilton
Freshman (Kapsabet, Kenya)
Kosgei became the first national champion in Hamilton men's track & field history when he claimed victory
in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the NCAA championship meet with a school-record time of 8:55.41. He also
set both Liberty League and NYSCTC championship meet records with steeplechase victories at each of those
events, and was the ECAC Division III champion in the 800 meter run with a facility and school record time
of 1:52.04.
2007 Liberty League Outdoor Co-Track Performer of the Year
Erik Donohoe St. Lawrence
Junior (Boxford, Massachusetts)
Donohoe helped the Saints to victory in the Liberty League championships with a victories in the 1500 meters
and 4x800 relay and a second place finish in the 800 meter run. He placed second in the 1500 meters at
both the NYSCTC and ECAC Division III championship meets, meeting NCAA provisional qualification with his
time of 3:54.07 at the ECAC meet. Donohoe is also a Liberty League All-Academic selection.
2007 Liberty League Outdoor Field Performer of the Year
Nick Perzanoski St. Lawrence
Junior (Bristol, New Hampshire)
Perzanoski was the NYSCTC champion in the decathlon with an NCAA provisional score of 6018 points. He helped
the Saints to victory in the Liberty League championships with a victory in the 110 meter hurdles and third place
finishes in the long jump, high jump, and 400 meter hurdles. Perzanoski is also a Liberty League All-Academic selection.
2007 Liberty League Outdoor Coaching Staff of the Year
Mike Howard St. Lawrence
Mike Howard coached the Saints to victory at the Liberty League outdoor championships, sweeping both the indoor and
outdoor titles this year. The Saints were second at the NYSCTC championships, best placed among Liberty League teams.
Howard is assisted by John Newman, Deb Lyndaker, Matt Kuenzel, Erin Woodward, Korin DeAcetis, and Bill Lewis.

2007 Liberty League Indoor Co-Track Performer of the Year
Kemar Brown Rensselaer
Senior (St. Albans, New York)
Brown was the Liberty League champion in the 55 meter dash, as well as the runner-up in the 200 meters and
in the 4x200 meter relay. He was the NYSCTC runner-up in both the 55 meter dash and the 200 meters.
2007 Liberty League Indoor Co-Track Performer of the Year
Jay Thornhill St. Lawrence
Sophomore (Ile Bizard, Quebec)
Thornhill was both the Liberty League and NYSCTC champion in the 200 meters. He also ran the first leg for
the Saint 4x200 meter relay team that claimed both the Liberty League and NYSCTC championships, setting a
new St. Lawrence record in the event and helping the Saints to the team title in both meets.
2007 Liberty League Indoor Field Performer of the Year
Geoff Grambo St. Lawrence
Senior (Newark, New York)
Grambo was the Liberty League champion in the men's shot put. He was runner up in the event at the NYSCTC championships
and qualified for the NCAA Championships where he finished 12th. He threw a seasons best 16.23 meters. A four-time selection
as Liberty League Field Performer of the Week, he also placed fourth at the league championships in the weight throw.
2007 Liberty League Indoor Co-Rookie of the Year
Kyle Barden Rensselaer
(Poughkeepsie, New York)
The only freshman to win an event in the NYSCTC championships, Barden was the state champion in the 500 meters
with a time of 1:07.24. He was named NYSCTC Rookie of the Year for his efforts.
2007 Liberty League Indoor Co-Rookie of the Year
Terrance Fox St. Lawrence
(Warwick, New York)
A four-time Liberty League Rookie of the Week, Fox was the Liberty League champion in the one mile run with
a time of 4:25.72. He also finished fourth overall in the 1000 meters at the ECAC championships with a time
of 2:34.27.
2007 Liberty League Indoor Coaching Staff of the Year

Mike Howard guided the St. Lawrence men's track and field team to both the Liberty League championship and the NYSCTC championship.
The Saints were 12th in the ECAC championships, best among league teams. Howard is assisted by John Newman, Deb Lyndaker, Matt Kuenzel, Erin Woodward,
Korin DeAcetis, and Bill Lewis.
