The 2007 Liberty League End-of-Season Awards, announced November 1.

2007 Liberty League Player of the Year
Brittney Paye   William Smith
Senior Midfield (Clinton, New York)
The only starting senior on William Smith's roster, Paye stepped up with the most productive season of her career. She doubled her goal total from a year ago and more than doubled her assists. Paye scored three game-winning goals this season, including overtime goals against St. Lawrence and Skidmore. A former defender who moved to the midfield this season, Paye ranks sixth in the league in goals and seventh in points. She was named the Liberty League Offensive Performer of the Week three times this season.

2007 Liberty League Rookie of the Year
Meg Danielson   St. Lawrence
Forward (Shelburne, Vermont)
The Saints top goal scorer as a first year, Danielson recorded seven goals this season. She had a five-point game against Middlebury on October 16, including the game-winning goal off a penalty corner after time had expired. She assisted on the game-winning goal in a 2-1 overtime against Union and scored the Saints first goal in a 2-1 win over Skidmore. She was named Liberty League Offensive Player of the Week on October 22 and Rookie of the Week on September 3.

2007 Liberty League Co-Coaching Staff of the Year
Fran Grembowicz   St. Lawrence
Grembowicz coached a team which includes three first years and three sophomores in its regular starting lineup to its best regular season record since 2001 and second place in the Liberty League. The Saints finished the year 13-3, setting a record for regular season wins. Grembowicz is assisted by Meagan Connolly and Melissa Pittelli.

2007 Liberty League Co-Coaching Staff of the Year
Sally Scatton   William Smith
Scatton led her charges through the Liberty League undefeated for the ninth time since 1995. Overall the Herons posted a 13-4 record, marking Scatton's 20th consecutive winning season. William Smith boasted the League's stingiest defense, allowing just three goals in conference play and boasting a League best 1.08 GAA overall. Scatton is assisted by Missy Krempa.
